Basic Chromium Sulphate

Basic Chromium Sulphate is a complex salt produced without using sugar and molasses. It provides uniform penetration & homogenous Chrome distribution. This results in fine quality leather. it provides fine quality leather. It is high exhaustion chrome complex which provides excellent results and low chrome in effluent. Basic Chromium Sulphate can be used in different kinds of leather processing-Chrome tanning & Chrome retaining for providing all qualities of leather. This product is used 5-10% of Tallow weight depending upon the tanning needs.

• Basicity 33% - 35%
• PH - (10% Solutions)- 3.0

• Extremely high exhaustion
• Very Low chrome in effluent

CSChrome CX gives :

• Good scuff resistance
• Improves strength
• Enhances the color depth
• Brilliant shades of the colour
• Different from conventional chrome
• High exhaustion in chrome tanning
• Good fixation to reactive groups of hide proteins
• Resulting in fuller leather
• Affinity of dyes and uptake of the syntans is enhanced.
• The content of cr203 in leather is considerably increased by 10 to 20%

Packing : 25 kgs. Packed in poly propylene outer bag with polyethylene inner bag.
Storage: Store in cool and dry place. Store away from any heat sources.
Precautions: Contact with skin and eyes must be avoided. Contact areas should be washed with water.
